Salary £25,975 - £30,095 per year + 8.5% pension contribution

35 hours per week

Fixed term of 15 months

We want to explore how to spread power more widely in our economy, so more people have a say and the economy works for everyone. 

The Project Facilitator will engage and explore with local young adults a ‘people’s approach’ to wealth and economics, create solutions together towards system change, and support and share action learning.  

We will trust you from day one, and you will have high levels of autonomy and flexibility.  

In return, we are looking for someone who has a good knowledge of the issues facing people in disadvantaged communities, and a good understanding of creating solutions with local people. You will have excellent facilitation skills, a strong ability to recognise people’s strengths, and be extremely good at working with people from diverse backgrounds. You will have a track record of delivering to specified timescales, and proven experience of working with people from disadvantaged communities. You will have a strong affinity with the mission and values of Unlimited Potential, and be comfortable working alone as well as in a team.
