Historically our target customers have been the commissioners in Greater Manchester responsible for public health services aimed at improving people’s health and wellbeing.
Our original model was to ask Commissioners what issues they needed to address, secure funding to develop innovative solutions, which we then tested and evaluated.
As our reputation for innovation spread we were invited to run some of the services we had designed, and so we are now both an innovation and a delivery organisation.
