My background before joining Unlimited Potential

Before joining Unlimited Potential, I worked for the Manchester Climate Change Agency as a youth champion for climate action. I was already serving as local councillor on Salford City Council. I’m Salford through and through and I have always been passionate about getting the best for our city.

my role at Unlimited Potential

I was the Co-production Facilitator on the Economies for Healthier Lives project in Salford. I supported the learning and development of local people in Salford to create the blueprints of their own social businesses, informed by the needs of local anchor organisations in Salford.

what most benefitted me from being with Unlimited Potential and what difference it made to me

Unlimited Potential is demonstrably one of the leading social and economic innovation specialists in Greater Manchester. My time at Unlimited Potential grew knowledge, skills, confidence and perspective on and around public service interventions. I am now a confident advocate for co-production and the importance of deliberate strengths-based language.

what I have gone on to do/achieve since I left Unlimited Potential

I now work as a Co-production Facilitator at Manchester City Council. I am applying my skills in facilitating system change through the principles of co-production.
