Unlimited Potential has been exploring the Meaningful Employment of Autistic People for some time. 

Building on our initial research, the Project Development Officer will develop an approach that matches the supply of skills and talents of people with Asperger’s syndrome or high-functioning autism with employment that is meaningful and fulfilling. For this, they will produce both an employment pathway and an employer’s programme. 

Diligent and able to think differently, you will have strong project, reporting and presentation skills. You will have good knowledge of the strengths of autistic people and challenges they face. With a track record of delivering to targets and outcomes within specified timescales, you will have a strong affinity with our mission and values, and be willing to work flexibly. 

We are open to any form of employment for this post, such as secondment, contracting or direct employment.
